Chapin Society Records
The Chapin Society records are mostly comprised of materials generated for the organization’s annual meetings, also called annual dinners. These materials include invitations, programs, attendee lists, award winner lists, and correspondence, especially between the Chapin Society president or executive secretary and the Beloit College Development Office. Also included are many annual member lists and records of their donations.

Circle K records
Included in the Circle K records are meeting minutes, club activity reports, membership lists, Capitol Kiosk and Capitol Causerie newsletters, committee assignments, correspondence between members, correspondence from the national and regional organizations. Meeting minutes generally refer to various fundraising activities.
Civil War Collection
This collection gathers primary and secondary source materials regarding Beloit College's involvement in the Civil War. Of particular note are the lists of Beloit College students and faculty who fought in the war, historical sketches of the era, correspondence between college community members during and about the war, and photographs of soldiers.
