Scope and Contents This collection consists of only paper materials. These documents range from 1960 until 2009, with the bulk in the 1970s through the 1990s. Numerous members of the college served on this committee and the membership changed consistently throughout its records.

Abstract This collection is comprised of Faculty and Academic Senate meeting minutes and agendas, as well as supporting documentation for the meetings including correspondence and notes. From 1849-1970, the group in charge of directing the educational program at the college recorded their meetings simply as "Faculty Minutes," though the group consisted of students and administrators as well as faculty. In 1970, they changed their name to Academic Senate.

Abstract Alonzo William Pond graduated from Beloit College in 1918 and served as the assistant curator at the Logan Museum of Anthropology from 1925-1931. He was leader of the Logan Sahara Expedition in 1925-26 and two African expeditions, one in 1926-27 and another in 1929-30.
