Daniel J. Schroeder was a professor of astronomy at Beloit College, and was one of the scientists who worked on the Hubble Space Telescope. This collection contains correspondence, interview transcripts, newspaper and magazine clippings, and photographs dating from 1934 to 1996.

John Breon, class of 1949, was a World War II veteran, a copyeditor, and a writer. This collection consists of newspaper clippings, correspondence with Beloit College, photographs, manuscripts of two unpublished works, and materials relating to the release of his novel, The Sorrows of Travel, all of which date from 1941 to 2001.
