This collection contains biographical information, photographs, and news articles and other publications by or about Henry Mitchell Whitney. Featured are four scrapbooks kept by Whitney, containing letters, news clippings, photographs, and other ephemera about his family and the Civil War. Also available is an index and transcription of one of the scrapbooks.
