This collection consists of newspaper clippings and correspondence with Beloit College that document Breon's life after college, including his time serving in the U.S. Army during World War II, his relationship to Gertrude Stein, his writing career, and his death. It also includes photographs, manuscripts of two unpublished works, and materials relating to the release of his novel, The Sorrows of Travel. The collection dates from 1941 to 2001.
